2. Blockchain data is public
Charity Billionaire operates on a public blockchain. When you deposit, withdraw, or are selected in a draw, that activity — including your wallet address and amounts — is recorded permanently on-chain and is publicly visible by design. This is inherent to public blockchains and is not controlled by us. Your wallet address is a pseudonym, not your legal identity, unless you reveal it elsewhere.
3. Third-party infrastructure
To display live figures and to let you interact with the contract, your browser connects to third-party services such as a blockchain RPC provider, your own wallet software, and the host that serves this page. These providers may, as a technical necessity, observe network information such as your IP address under their own privacy policies. We do not receive or retain that information.
4. No selling of data
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, because we do not collect any.
5. Children
This service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
